		<description>I was delighted to read this - that, essentially, human beings are just not designed to &#039;manage&#039; chronic stress. Over the years, I have come to realise that this is so true for me, personally. And as a counsellor working with &#039;stressed out&#039; employees in the UK, I take every opportunity to remind others that rediscovering true enjoyment in life is such a powerful antidote to stress.</description>
